Frank William “Bud” Wenger, Jr. – October 5, 1926 ~ April 28, 2020

Heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Frank William “Bud” Wenger who passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at ManorCare Health Services, Montgomeryville, PA. Bud was 93 years old. He was the beloved husband of the late Alma Wenger for 44 years until her passing in 1994. Bud was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State fan and a devoted member of St. Paul’s. He served on Consistory for many years, sang in the choir and worked with our youth. Bud is survived by two sons, Jay A. Wenger and his wife Patricia, and Gary L. Wenger; two grandchildren, Daniel J. Wenger and his wife Jennifer and Jodi L. Wenger. He is survived by one great-grandchild, Levi J. Wenger. He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Boyer. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s at some future date. Let us surround this family with our prayerful and love-filled comfort.

Evelyn May Smith – November 29, 1925 ~ April 27, 2020

Heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Evelyn Smith who passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 at the Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Harrisonburg, VA. Evelyn was 94 years old. She was the wife of 68 years of Luther V. Smith until his passing on October 5, 2014. Evelyn was a life-long member of St. Paul’s where she sang in the choir and served on the Spiritual Life Committee. She is survived by a daughter, Julie Tyson and her husband Donald; three grandsons, Ben Tyson and his wife Rebecca, Joshua Tyson and Phil Tyson and his wife Pratiksha. She is survived by three great-grandchildren, Abigail, Aimee and Evan Tyson. She was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Smith, and a brother, Donald Moll. Let us surround this family with our prayerful and love-filled comfort.
